1. Introduction

1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all sales of products and services by Tint Mart Strathpine ("we," "us," "our").

1.2 By purchasing products or services from us, you ("customer," "you," "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Definitions

2.1 "Goods" refers to any products or services provided by us.

2.2 "Order" refers to the customer's request to purchase Goods from us.

3. Orders

3.1 Orders can be placed in-store, by phone, or through our website.

3.2 All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any Order at our discretion.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. The price payable by you for the Goods will be the price applicable at the date the Goods are confirmed as ordered.

4.3 Payment must be made in full upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via cash, EFTPOS, credit card, and bank transfer.

4.4 A 1% surcharge will apply to all payments made by credit card.

4.5 If payment is not received within 7 days of completion of work, a debt collection agency will be engaged to recover the outstanding amount. The fee charged by the debt collection agency will be added to the outstanding balance and payable by you.

5. Delivery and Installation

5.1 Delivery and/or installation dates provided are estimates only. We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of any delay in delivery or installation.

5.2 Risk in the Goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. On-Site Work

6.1 For on-site installations, due to the pre-cutting of film required, cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation will incur a charge for the cost of the film that has already been cut.

7. Warranty and Returns

7.1 All Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the Goods repaired or replaced if the Goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

7.2 To claim a warranty or return, please contact us with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

7.3 We will assess the returned Goods and determine if they are eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

8. Limitations of Liability

8.1 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale, delivery, use, or performance of the Goods.

8.2 Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Goods.

9. Privacy

9.1 We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy, available on our website, explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying you directly. Your continued use of our Goods after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
